Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller (Female) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.

Explain property features, benefits, and investment opportunities.

Maintain follow-ups and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.

Update and manage customer details in the CRM system.

Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Meet daily/weekly targets set by the sales team.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or sales (real estate experience preferred).

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM or calling software.

Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and punctual.

Basic English and Hindi speaking required.
