📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products and services in a clear and convincing manner.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

• Follow-up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.

• Experience: Freshers can apply.

• Gender: Open for all.

• Language: Must be fluent in Hindi (Basic English preferred).

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹9,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (performance-based)

• Total Earning Potential: ₹5,000 – ₹24,000 per month
