We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counselor who will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, counseling prospective clients/students, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The role demands excellent communication, convincing skills, and the ability to provide professional guidance while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
Counsel students/clients about courses and programs offered by the organization.
Explain course features clearly and persuasively to potential clients
Maintain a database of calls and client interactions.
Convert leads into admissions/clients through effective follow-up and counseling.
Achieve individual and team targets for admissions, enrollments, or service uptake.
Handle queries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions if required.
Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or MBA holder (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, admissions, or a similar profile.
Experience in the education/training/consulting industry will be an added advantage.
