Bhaav Dekho is a mandi price discovery platform that helps wholesalers, traders, and buyers stay updated with real-time prices and vendor listings from local mandis. Our aim is to bring transparency, convenience, and speed to the traditional mandi system through our mobile and web platform.

Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to help us reach more users and vendors across mandis. Your role will involve making outbound calls, explaining the app's benefits, and helping users get started with Bhaav Dekho. You will be the voice of our platform and play a key role in growing our user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential users and vendors to explain the features and benefits of Bhaav Dekho.

• Encourage app downloads and assist in completing registration or setup.

• Answer inbound queries and resolve basic questions related to app usage.

• Maintain a daily call log and report feedback to the team.

• Follow up with interested leads and guide them as needed.

• Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the field team for vendor onboarding and support.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Graduation preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of local dialects is a plus.

• Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.

• Confident, polite, and convincing personality.

• Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
