This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹20000 + good incentives in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products to generate interest.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0 - 0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below & above 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
