Position: Telecaller Executive
Location: Lifero Skin Clinic, Allankit Villa, near Hotel Imperio, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and handle inbound inquiries.

• Explain clinic services, treatments, and packages politely and clearly.

• Fix and confirm appointments for consultations and procedures.

• Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in the system.

• Ensure patient satisfaction through effective communication.

• Coordinate with front desk and clinic team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge & ability to handle patient databases.

• Positive attitude, polite, and patient-friendly approach.

• Previous telecalling/customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
