We are looking for a passionate and motivated Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating customers about solar energy solutions, generating leads, conducting site assessments, and closing residential or commercial solar deals.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and available products.
Conduct site evaluations to determine suitability for solar installations.
Prepare and deliver tailored quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project handover.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, product knowledge, and policy incentives (e.g. net metering, subsidies).
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in sales (solar, real estate, telecom, or energy sector preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
Basic understanding of solar technology (training will be provided).
