Job Summary:

KNS Metro Properties is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our dynamic sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, promoting residential plots and projects, and scheduling site visits. If you have strong communication skills and are passionate about real estate, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

• Explain our plot projects, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly and persuasively.

• Follow up on previous calls and maintain call records.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Handle customer queries and provide complete project information.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or any graduate.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and target-oriented.

• Experience in real estate telecalling is an added advantage.
