About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over phone calls, presenting our Real Estate offerings (properties, investments, site visits) and Telecommunication services (SMS, IVR, bulk calling solutions), and converting them into qualified leads and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming leads.
• Present real estate project details, investment opportunities, and arrange property site visits.
• Explain telecom solutions (SMS, IVR, calling, lead generation services) to business clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from both verticals.
• Maintain daily call logs, inquiries, and client details in CRM/software.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through follow-ups and consistent communication.
• Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, demos, and property visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Customer Care preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of real estate market trends and telecom services is desirable.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office, and calling software.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and motivated to grow with the organization.
• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
