As a Telecaller Executive at Crook Junk, you’ll be the first voice our potential and existing customers hear. You’ll play a key role in promoting our healthy food subscription services, assisting with queries, collecting feedback, and converting leads into loyal subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads, explain our subscription plans, and convert them to paying customers.
- Call and follow up with existing subscribers for renewals, feedback, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a daily tracker of calls made, responses received, and conversions achieved.
- Share customer requirements and concerns with the sales and operations teams.
- Coordinate with delivery and kitchen teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Share promotional offers, festival plans, and new menu launches with the customer base.
- Maintain high professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in every interaction.

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and food services.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
