Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will play a key role in driving admissions by promoting our training programs to prospective students over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
  
  

• Explain training programs, course benefits, and institute offerings.
  
  

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
  
  

• Maintain a database of calls and leads using CRM tools.
  
  

• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  
  

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
  
  

• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for campaigns.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (preferably in the education or training sector).
  
  

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Urdu.
  
  

• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  
  

• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM systems.
  
  

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
