Job Title: Telecaller & Data Entry Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female candidate for the role of Telecaller & Data Entry Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, entering and managing data efficiently, and occasionally visiting clients for follow-ups or verifications.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales, service, or follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry on computer systems.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about products or services.
Conduct periodic visits to customers as required for meetings, document collection, or service-related interactions.
Assist in general office administration and coordination.
Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth communication and data management.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 6 Months-2 years of experience in telecalling, data entry, or customer service.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
