Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
Generate leads, create interest, and convey information.
Follow up with existing leads to drive sales closures.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Share feedback with the sales team to improve processes.
Having minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
