: Telesales Executive - IDFC
Responsibilities: 1. Sell IDFC financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
2. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
5. Update customer records and database.
6. Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
7. Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree (any discipline)
2. 0-1 years of sales experience (telesales preferred)
3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
6. Familiarity with financial products (desirable)
7. Proficiency in English and other local languages(Kannada,Bengali,Odiya,Malayalam,Tamil.)
Work Environment:
1. Call canter setup
2. Fixed shifts (9:30 AM to 6:30PM
3. Performance-based incentives
Salary and Benefits:
1. Basic salary (approx. ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month)
