Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain an updated customer database using CRM systems.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, problems, interests, and trends.
