Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads provided by the company

• Answer incoming calls and resolve basic product or service-related queries

• Clearly explain the company’s offering and pitch value to different types of leads

• Maintain daily call logs, lead follow-ups, and update records in the CRM

• Schedule meetings or demos for interested prospects with the relevant team

• Stay updated with product knowledge and scripts to ensure smooth conversations

• Collect feedback from customers and share it with the internal team

• Meet daily and weekly call targets (call volume, conversion goals, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales

• Confident, polite, and clear communicator — fluent in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati is a bonus)

• Comfortable with calling high volumes of leads and handling rejections professionally

• Good listener with a positive attitude and basic problem-solving approach

• Can work well with a team and follow instructions without micro-management

• Basic knowledge of using a phone, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus
