Job Title: Tele-Caller
Job Role & Responsibilities:
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
· Answer customer questions regarding company products or services.
· Understand customer requirements and work towards closing sales.
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
· Enter and update customer information in the database.
· Process orders accurately and efficiently.
· Handle customer concerns or grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
· Keep records of calls, sales, and other relevant information.
Skills Required:
· Strong communication and convincing skills in English
· Basic knowledge of E-mail and MS Excel
· Ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism
· Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude
