Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Contacting potential customers from provided leads and building your own prospect list to introduce our health insurance products.
Product Consultation: Actively listen to clients’ needs, educate them on the benefits of health insurance products, and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Conversion: Effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and questions, guiding them to make an informed purchase decision.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all sales practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in health insurance or financial services).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a telemarketing or telesales role.
Customer Focused: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools.
