Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our finance team. The telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote financial products and services, explain loan/insurance/investment options, handle inquiries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a basic understanding of financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding financial products (loans, insurance, credit cards, investments, etc.).
Explain product details, eligibility, terms, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain a record of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent service.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department if required.
Stay updated with financial products, services, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/graduate (commerce/finance background preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role in finance is a plus.
Good communication and persuasion skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of loans, banking, or financial products.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
