Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
Fluent in [insert required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
Good convincing skills

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or BPO will be an added advantage
