Friends Associate is looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our Jaipur-based team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic work environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

• Explain products/services offered by the company clearly and effectively.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.

• Maintain a daily record of calls and client details.

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Provide accurate information and handle queries confidently.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English will be an advantage).

• Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

• Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
