We are seeking energetic and driven US Calling Executives to join our Medicare Sales Campaign. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior US calling experience to build a stable career in the US Healthcare & Medicare process with structured training, long-term growth, and attractive incentives.
Make outbound calls to US customers for Medicare process campaigns.
Clearly explain healthcare and Medicare-related benefits to potential customers.
Handle objections effectively and maintain a professional conversation at all times.
Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines during every call.
Maintain accurate call records in the ViciDialer system.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions.
Experience: 6 months – 1 year of US calling experience (Medicare preferred).
Technical Skills: Knowledge of ViciDialer is mandatory.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
Flexibility to work in night shifts and on weekends if required.
Strong sales aptitude, target-driven mindset, and customer-oriented approach.
