A Tellecaller is responsible for driving business revenue by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. They act as the primary point of contact between a company and its existing and potential customers, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
· Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the prospective client's needs and concerns.
· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and specifications to successfully close deals and achieve sales quotas.
· Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, track progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and generate regular sales and financial reports for management analysis and forecasting.
· Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
· Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred, though not always mandatory depending on experience.
· Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Negotiation: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle objections and close deals effectively.
· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Other: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel may be required, especially for field sales roles.
