Job Title: Tele caller – Rider Handling
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele caller to manage rider handling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential/existing riders, explaining company services, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth coordination for onboarding, attendance, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing riders for onboarding and daily coordination.
Handle rider queries, complaints, and grievances effectively.
Convince riders to join and retain with the company’s various models/plans.
Maintain rider attendance, shift timings, and performance updates.
Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team for smooth rider deployment.
Build strong relationships with riders to ensure loyalty and reduced attrition.
Maintain records of calls and rider information in the database (CRM/Excel).
Follow up regularly with riders to ensure engagement and resolve issues.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience as a Tele caller / Customer Support / Rider Handling role (preferred in logistics, EV, or delivery sector).
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & basic English.
Ability to convince, handle objections, and resolve issues politely.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
