Responsibilities-
Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product
(Study Abroad)
Answer questions about the company
Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors
Enter and update student information in the database
Keep records of calls and note useful information.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident phone demeanor.
Ability to engage and build rapport with students.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not required.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain course details.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
