Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Provide information regarding study abroad programs, courses, universities, application procedures, and visa processes.
• Identify and understand the student's needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions and follow up diligently.
• Maintain and update the database with complete and accurate information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with students to ensure a high rate of conversions.
• Assist the marketing team during events, webinars, and education fairs when necessary.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in tele calling, counseling, customer service, or sales is a plus (preferably in education consulting).
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.
