We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads and pitch our management consulting services to company owners and decision-makers. You will be responsible for cold calling, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for our consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers from provided leads/database.

• Pitch Empex’s management consulting services in a professional and convincing manner.

• Understand client needs and briefly explain how our services can address their business challenges.

• Set up appointments or forward qualified leads to the consulting team.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM or lead sheet regularly.

• Follow up with prospects when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with business owners.

• Basic understanding of business and management consulting is a plus (training will be provided).

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Prior telecalling, telesales, or lead generation experience preferred.
