Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.

• Customer Interaction: Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding products, services, and promotions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Customer Database Management: Maintain an updated database of customers, ensuring accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects for continued engagement and closing sales.

• Maintain Reports: Keep track of daily calls made, feedback, and sales made, and report regularly to the team leader or manager.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome).

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.

• Languages: Fluency in [Insert required languages, e.g., Hindi, English, etc.] is preferred.
