Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Domestic Outbound Telecaller to join our BPO team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers within India to promote and sell products or services, generate new leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a persuasive and resilient attitude, capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from a provided database.
Effectively communicate and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting the pitch to individual customer responses.
Answer questions about products, services, and the company, and address customer concerns professionally.
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team where applicable.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, sales outcomes, and lead statuses in the CRM software.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
Handle customer objections and rejections professionally and calmly.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques.
Provide valuable feedback to the management and sales teams to help improve processes and strategies.
