Role: Personal Loan Caller (Work From Home)
You will handle outbound calling on leads shared by Credilux, explain loan products, collect required documents, and coordinate with bank teams until disbursement.

Monthly Target
• Minimum mandatory target: 30 Lakhs disbursement per month

Salary & Incentives
• Base Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (as per interview performance)
• Incentives: 1% on all disbursements above 30 Lakhs
• High performers can earn ₹60,000+ incentives monthly
• No upper cap on earnings

Performance Rule
• Base salary is released only if monthly target is achieved
• Incentives paid only on confirmed & credited disbursements
• This ensures zero misuse of WFH data and prevents lead diversion

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound calling on warm leads daily
• Explaining loan details, eligibility, and documentation
• Strong follow-ups until disbursement
• Achieving monthly disbursement targets
• Updating CRM and reporting daily
• Maintains strict confidentiality of customer data

Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass
• Minimum 1 year experience in Personal Loan calling
• Strong communication & closure skills
• Must have smartphone, headset & stable internet
• High energy, target-focused profile
• Knowledge of PL process, eligibility norms, and banking documentation

Probation Period
• 3 months performance-based probation
• High performers become permanent after 3 months
• Underperformers continue on contractual terms or may be discontinued

Work From Home Rules
• Minimum 7 working hours per day
• Mandatory daily updates and call logs
• Weekly review and performance check on Google Meet
• Strict no-diversion and no-data misuse policy
• Incentives released only after bank confirmation
• Must stay reachable during working hours
