We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer inquiries.
Explain products or services in detail and persuade potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or documentation (as applicable).
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Work closely with the sales or support team for customer follow-ups.
Good communication skills (English and/or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
High level of patience and professionalism.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
Multilingual abilities are a plus (Hindi, English, and/or regional languages).
