We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele-recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates over the phone for various job roles. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates from internal databases, job portals, referrals, and other sources.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company culture to candidates.
Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates’ suitability for various roles.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions using internal CRM or recruitment tools.
Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, onboarding processes, and documentation.
Achieve weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams or clients for job requirements and updates.
