We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our team Bornlife. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Communication: Making outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to provide information about prosthetic and orthotic services, devices, and offers.

• Appointment Management: Scheduling, rescheduling, and following up on patient appointments and consultations.

• Query Resolution: Answering inbound calls and addressing patient inquiries or concerns regarding services, products, and the company with an empathetic and patient-centered approach.

• Patient Education: Providing basic information about the use, care, and maintenance of devices and explaining the overall rehabilitation process.

• Lead Generation and Sales Support: Identifying leads, detailing service benefits to potential clients, and transferring opportunities to the sales team or clinicians for further action and sales conversion.

• Referral Source Coordination: Following up with doctors, physical therapists, and other referral sources to market services and ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, call activities, and documentation in the system (e.g., patient contact details, discussion notes, feedback).

• Marketing Support: Assisting with marketing campaigns and ensuring patients are encouraged to provide online reviews and testimonials.

• Problem-Solving: Addressing patient complaints and challenges during conversations and working to find appropriate solutions.

• Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the center's offerings, including the details of various prosthetic and orthotic devices and related services. 

The role requires strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive patient situations effectively while working towards business and patient care goals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and Experience one Year . The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to Monday to Saturday during the Day ShiftType shift.
