We are seeking an enthusiastic TELECALLER to bring their expertise to our team at BHARAT FINANCE in DELHI DWARKA MOD This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers in hand salary label in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring FRESHER OR EXPERIENCE years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in HINDI AND ENGLISH. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 10th is required, with & 12tha commitment to working 27 during the DAY shift.
