Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating interest, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective leads provided by the company

• Explain products/services in detail and generate interest

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads

• Persuade potential customers to purchase and close sales over call

• Maintain database of calls, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information

• Coordinate with field teams (if applicable) for appointment setting or demos

• Maintain a positive and professional tone during calls

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO voice process preferred

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Confident, polite, and target-driven attitude

• Ability to handle rejections and objections positively

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)

• Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
