We are looking for a friendly, persuasive, and energetic Telecaller to join our growing Makeup Studio & Academy. You will be the first point of contact for Brides inquiring about bridal makeup services and Students interested in enrolling in our professional makeup & hair courses.
Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to leads and inquiries.
Explain bridal makeup services, pricing, availability, and packages.
Share course details, batch timings, fees, and certification process with prospective students.
Convert inquiries into bookings (makeup appointments) and admissions (academy courses).
Maintain follow-ups via calls or WhatsApp to ensure lead conversion.
Keep accurate records of client/student interactions and update CRM/lead sheet.
Coordinate with the makeup artist and academy team for appointments and demos.
Assist with social media replies (DMs/calls) if needed.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Pleasant, convincing, and customer-focused attitude.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Basic knowledge of bridal makeup and beauty industry is a plus.
Confident in handling objections and queries with patience.
Familiar with WhatsApp, basic Excel or Google Sheets, and social media usage
