Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with property owners, tenants, and leads to generate business opportunities, explain our services, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to property owners and potential clients to promote our services.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about properties.

• Maintain and update client databases with relevant information.

• Follow up on leads to convert them into successful deals.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for property visits and closures.

• Achieve weekly and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service role (real estate experience preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage).

• Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
