We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound/outbound calls, manage pickup & delivery scheduling, respond to customer inquiries, and promote our laundry and dry cleaning services. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer issues politely and professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to laundry and dry cleaning services.
Provide accurate information about pricing, services, offers, and delivery times.
Schedule pickups and deliveries using the CRM or booking system.
Confirm orders, update order status, and assist drivers with customer addresses/details.
Maintain records of customer interactions, bookings, complaints, and feedback.
Follow up with customers for pending payments or delivery confirmations.
Promote ongoing offers, membership plans, and value-added services.
Resolve customer issues politely and escalate to the supervisor when required.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to a smooth workflow.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and response KPIs as assigned by management.
Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi / Local language.
Good telephone etiquette and empathetic customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, mobile apps).
Ability to learn service categories (washing, dry cleaning, ironing, premium services).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to help customers.
