We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing prospects until they are ready to be handed over to the sales team. Your role is critical in driving revenue by supporting the sales process and enhancing customer experience from the first touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and explain project details.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties/projects.
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, investment goals, and readiness to buy.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives for seamless execution.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems and update status regularly.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp until conversion or disqualification.
Assist the marketing team with feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to encourage trust and repeat business.
Provide regular reports on lead status, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
