We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruitment Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings through effective telecalling and communication.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates from job portals, internal databases, and references.
Explain job roles, company details, and requirements to interested candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until the final selection.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database or Excel tracker.
Coordinate with HR and placement teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and hiring targets.
Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Support bulk/campus hiring drives as and when required.
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / recruitment / customer support (freshers can apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Job Portals).
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
