Manage the Calling through CRM and ensure the quality of calls and deliver best customer experience Ensure deal closure, and achieve sales targets. Responds to students’ queries. Coordinate with students, parents, etc as per requirement. Provide outstanding student experience. Document sales by creating or updating records. Manage financial transactions; ensure fees are received. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
