We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks and manage inbound/outbound calls to support the front office and sales teams effectively.
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering queries.
Maintain and update student/visitor records in registers and internal systems.
Handle daily attendance, petty cash, courier dispatches, and inventory records.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and other office-related activities.
Support internal team with documentation and filing tasks.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients for follow-ups.
Answer incoming inquiries and provide information about courses/services.
Maintain a call log and update CRM with lead status and remarks.
Schedule walk-ins and appointments for counseling sessions.
Provide reminders and follow-up on payments or document submissions.
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
Friendly and polite demeanor with customer-service orientation.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Experience in telecalling or front office roles is an added advantage.
