Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and distributors to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
Handle inbound queries from existing clients regarding products, pricing, and order status.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Update client details and call records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the logistics and sales team for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
Share promotional offers, new product launches, and updates with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum [12th pass / graduate] education qualification.
Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales executive, or similar role (pharma sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain pharmaceutical products and services.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Fluent in [English / Hindi / Regional Language – as required].
