We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answer queries, or handle customer concerns. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Follow up on incoming leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Explain products, services, or company policies to customers.
Record customer information accurately in CRM or call logs.
Handle customer questions, complaints, or concerns professionally.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary). Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Confident, persuasive, and polite telephone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Languages: Fluency in [insert languages relevant to your region, e.g., English and Hindi].
