Role: Tele sales – Client Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and existing clients

Explain our services and process clearly and confidently

Handle the complete onboarding process over phone and follow-ups

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handover

Build trust and rapport with potential clients

Requirements:

Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is a plus

Confident, patient, and polite on calls

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
