The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, answering questions, and converting leads into sales or appointments. If you are good at communication, persuasion, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database.

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects.

• Follow up with leads via calls or emails to convert them into customers.

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

• Provide accurate information and handle objections effectively.

• Collaborate with the sales or customer service team to improve results and feedback.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass and above

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in marathi & hindi.

• Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.

• Basic computer skills and experience.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
