Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai (nearest railway station, Nahur in central lane)

Role Objective:To connect with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, assess their interest level, brief them about the business opportunity, and schedule appointments for the Sales Partner to take the discussion forward.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to fresh leads shared by the marketing team.
Understand and assess the interest of prospects toward Mumbai Chai Cafe franchise/business models.
Answer basic queries related to the brand and franchise offering (training will be provided).
Capture key information from prospects (basic details, investment range, location interest).
Schedule and fix appointments for Sales Partner / Business Development Manager for detailed discussions.
Maintain records of conversations and update CRM / Google Sheets.
Follow up with leads who were "interested" but not yet scheduled.
Share daily calling reports and appointment reports with the manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling / customer support / lead management experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Regional languages are a plus.
Pleasant voice, confident, courteous, and persuasive in nature.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a proactive attitude.
Prior experience in Franchise Sales, Education Counselling, Banking, or Real Estate Telecalling is an added advantage.
