We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling cum HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling both outbound calls and HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers/leads.
Explain company products or services and generate interest.
Follow up on leads and convert them into potential clients.
Maintain records of calls and update CRM or lead tracking software.
Handle customer inquiries and route them appropriately.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Maintain employee records and assist in day-to-day HR operations.
Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or Business Management preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert language(s)].
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM/HRMS tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment will be an advantage.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
