We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to handle customer leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, nurturing relationships, and ensuring maximum lead conversion.
Call and follow up with all leads generated from digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, Website, etc.).
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively to customers.
Answer customer queries and provide detailed information to build trust and interest.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers to improve conversion and retention.
Record customer details, feedback, and conversation outcomes in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to share customer insights and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and follow-ups.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Support Executive (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi/English/regional language as required).
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or similar tools).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work under targets.
