We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Motor Insurance who will be responsible for onboarding new dealers and agents, expanding our motor insurance network, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure continuous business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of the insurance ecosystem, and a proactive approach to building partnerships.
New Dealer & Agent Onboarding
Identify, approach, and onboard new automobile dealers, showrooms, and insurance agents.
Ensure smooth documentation, training, and activation process.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with onboarded dealers and agents.
Address queries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its partners.
Market Research & Feedback
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Share partner feedback with internal teams to improve offerings.
Graduate in any discipline .
1–3 years of experience in motor insurance or sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
